Synopsis: A young journalist, Joven (Arron Villaflor), interviews General Antonio Luna (John Arcilla), as he prepares for battle. Little does he know that certain elements in the army are loyal only to President Emilio Aguinaldo (Mon Confiado), and question General Luna’s authority. The newly formed cabinet is also divided: the elite members, men like Felipe Buencamino (Nonie Buencamino), and Pedro Paterno (Leo Martinez), are pro-American, while others, like Apolinario Mabini (Epy Quizon), and General Luna himself, take a militant stand. As politics divide them, the American troops take Manila.
